Go Adrian!

Adrian shows up every Monday to process inventory and pack boxes! Thank You Adrian!!!
This picture shows a large selection of inventory we pulled and packed today for a home missionary I met last week. This family are missionaries to the hurting and addicted in our local area. They have lots of residents to house and feed.

On Their Way!!!

Last week I put out a special plea for shipping funds for multiple boxes of larger shipments of resources that we have had to literally shelve for months due to lack of funds. People have responded! Yeah!!! Out of boxes 1-10, Boxes 3, 6, 2, 10, and 4 have had their postage paid and were shipped out TODAY! Wow, can you imagine? Brand new socks, underwear, shirts and shoes for those who have none! Thank you to all you have responded!

Now if you missed that special plea, don't despair! Boxes 1, 5, 7, 8 and 9 are still awaiting postage so they too can be shipped. Check out the blog entitled "Resources Awaiting Shipment" to see the actual boxes awaiting shipment and read about what resources are in each box.

For A New Addition

Here was a fun request! One missionary family is going to visit another that is adopting! They asked for baby items to take to the family. I hope they enjoy our selection! (My favorite is the hat!)

Monday, Monday

Here's a look at a sampling of the items that go in some of our care packages. Volunteer, Adrian packed these up today and they are now on their way to a missionary family.

My Favorite Window Washer

I have a great view out my office window. Well it's great if one can see out that window, right?! Well last week I was working away in my office updating our inventory database, communicating with misisonaries via e-mail and a variety of other taks when alas, it began to rain....... no wait... that's not rain, thats the water hose and behind it my favorite window washer! Thanks Dave! Now I can see all the beautiful birds feeding on the arbor outside my window and the ornery squirrels at play. That is always a wonderful diversion from the computer!

Timing may be everything but a little research can go a long way too!

A missionary shared with me that he would like to have some Bible software. While on-line researching a variety of needed items I ran across a great deal on nothing other than Bible software! So last week's "hoped for item" is now in the hands of the missionary! Had he not shared with me this need I wouldn't have given the software another look. We can't meet every special request this quick but it sure is great when we can! Faithful financial supporters make this doable! Thank You!

Shipment 4/22

Here's another shipment of care packages going out to missionaries! This was last Wednesday. Any and all toiletries or over the counter remedies we can provide saves missionaries time and money!

Being Generous to Others - It's the Premise to a Promise!

Philippians 4:19 states: "And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus" - what a great verse! BUT there is a premise to that promise. Backing up to verse 14 scripture also states: "Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid again and again when I was in need. Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be credited to your account. I have received full payment and even more; I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

Ah, so being generous to others becomes the premise to God's promise of meeting all of our needs.
There are many missionaries serving today who have gone to the uttermost parts of the earth where technology and Wal-marts do not abound. These missionaries desire to be our hands and feet extended to the masses who are in need of many things not available to them. At God's Share Program we work daily to get needed resources to these missionaries to help meet these needs but we need your help. In the pictures below you will see boxes of resources along with the cost of shipping for each box. Will you help us get these resources to the mission field? Let it be 'credited to your account' that you provided new sandals for children living in a prison, or shirts for men in a displaced pygmy tribe or shoes for someone who had none. Let's trust God in this together, help meet these needs of people we will never meet and know that our God will also meet our needs.

God's Share Program is a 501(c)3 so donations are tax deductible. You can give securely via our website:

It's Time to Resource our Missionaries!

Resources Supplied to Missionaries Provides Multiple Blessings!

“Yesterday, Rex and I did a project with children's church using the construction paper, glue, etc. that you sent to us. The kid's loved it! They made get-well cards for us to take to the hospital this week, and the lesson was Matthew 25 when Jesus said "what you do for the least of these, you do for me". After we finished, we realized that we were doing a very cool mission, but we didn't let the kids take their project home. So, we get to do it again next Sunday. You sent enough supplies for us to do more than one project!! The children will be so excited to get to do it again!!! Thank you for all that you do to help us here. We were amazed to see the children do a craft project, because most of them had never done anything like it before! Rex and I were thinking that our children in America know how to do these things by the age of five, and these kids, even at 10 and 12, didn't even know how. Not only the children are blessed, but now we have the great opportunity to bless patients in the hospital. Thank you sooo much!!”

Easter Care Package Meets ‘Unknown’ Ministry Need

“Greetings from M______. Just wanted to say thank you for the Easter surprise we recd in the mail! I have already used all the white sacks...they arrived at the perfect time, as I had wanted to make little gifts sacks for all the kids...they were perfect. I filled them with an apple, orange, and candies and gave them out Easter Sunday. Thanks for making it possible! Thanks so much for thinking of us.”

Water Level Rises...

We have received the basis of what we need in individual bottled waters, however, any additional donations will ensure that all water needs will be met should there be an increase in number of Special Touch retreat attendees - which we hope there are! Thank You to those who have supplied!

Let’s Energize Our Missionaries

We can energize missionaries by supplying the resources they need to minister to the people of their mission field. That’s one of the unique things many have commented they like about God’s Share Program. We provide people the opportunities to give the actual item that will make it into the hands of someone in another part of the world. In the process of receiving the “material” object, the recipient is shown the love of Jesus and introduced to their Savior through our missionaries! Speaking of immediate need is D cell batteries. Along with that we need construction paper, paper plates, stickers, cloth diapers, coloring books, chalk, onsies for new-born and up, and spiral bound wide rule notebooks. These are resources the missionaries cannot get where they are and we are out of stock of these items. In the U.S., we have these items in abundance. Let’s collect it and ship it over. Just a reminder…drop box available at our office, we will shop for you just include a note with your financial gift stating which project you desire to help with, checks made payable to God’s Share Program are tax deductible along with debit/credit card giving at our and via facebook. . At God’s Share Program our goal is to exceed the expectations of missionaries...we are looking for new items. Thank You!

This picture represents resources awaiting shipment to missionaries that need them. We’ll be sending information soon in regards to cost and country.

You can just barely see my orange Malawi bag on my shoulder that holds another bunch of the smaller boxes! Okay, I'm not smiling anymore 'cause I want Dave to hurry up and take the photo! I feel a little odd taking pictures in the parking lot!
This is me at the post office with all the boxes unloaded and ready to go inside.

This is the last of the Easter care packages to be sent out to all the Florida based/itinerating missionaries. Well almost the last - just 3 more to ship out tomorrow.
